Sets the enforcement level of custom client content and management on the server

Enforcement Level 0

Full control to the client. Local files can be used, even if they don't exist on the server. Orders can be changed however they want unless there's some enforced order

Enforcement Level 1

Management controls to the client for ordering and mounting, but is restricted to whatever is registered on the server only. Local Animations (User mounts) are registered by default.

Enforcement Level 2

Full control to the server. Only mount addons that are registered on the server and specified explicitely in the wos_dynabase_mountorder tag list.
