Description

Called when the addon is checking for heavy cooldowns.

Arguments

1 Weapon wep
The weapon to apply the heavy cooldown to. (only lightsaber obviously!)
2 Player ply
The player to apply the heavy cooldown to.

Returns

1 number
Return the value as the cooldown between heavy attacks
